You bragging about being first place in the AFCW is like beating a quadriplegic in a race.
Good work, Mr. Bud Light. |

I could have told you we were out of contention before the season even started, jackass.
Good luck hosting a playoff game. LOL. |

Favre vs STL or Ryan vs NO? Ryan did great for me last week. Favre's been on a downswing, so does he do good this week?

Favre |
:D

So far I'm up 70 to 19 (He had Marshall). I still have Lynch, Forte, Johnson, Bowe and the Ravens D left to go. I should have started Royal instead of Bowe though. Damn! |
Quote:
Shit happens and Marshalls a bastardd |
I'd go Ryan over Favre. It sounds crazy but he seems like the safer choice.
|
I have Fitzgerald and Roddy White already starting, but who should I play at the TE/WR spot of these three?
T. Gonzalez @ SD P. Burress @PHI D. Mason @ HOU I've been playing Burress all season, but he's been a bit disappointing lately. |
NYG vs BAL
These are my two defenses. Which one will do better? I'm thinking Ravens. |
Quote:
|
Thigpen vs saints
or Rivers vs Steelers, (who have the 1st pass defense) Leaning toward good ol Thiggy |
Quote:
More importantly, I have Bradley AND Bowe. Should I start BOTH of them? I've also go TO, Plaxico Burress, and Roddy White on my roster. What do you think? Should I start two Chiefs recievers? And if not, would you start Bradley or Bowe? |
Its just hard to realize that im about to start Thiggy over rivers. Before the season those would have been a million to 1 odds.

BenJarvus Green-Ellis or Tatum Bell?
|
go with benjarvus
|
Mark Bradley (NO), or Santonio Holmes (SD)?
|
Rad, is it ppr?
I think I'd roll with DBowe regardless. Roethlisberger hasn't had any time in the pocket this year. He's usually eyeing Ward or Miller. He has no time to throw the ball deep to Holmes. |
Quote:
QB-Favre RB-Thomas Jones RB-Earnest Graham (Q) WR- Reggie Wayne WR- Bowe RB/WR/TE- Hightower. I'll probably move him in Graham's spot, then here, I dunno.....Holmes? Mark Bradley? Michael Jenkins? Rashied Davis? PJ Pope? Savage? |
this for the W/R spot, so pick one?
Jones Drew vs Tenn Ryan Grant vs Chi Desean Jackson vs Cin |
PLEASE HELP ME DECIDE!!!
Start: Romo @ WAS or Thigpen Vs. NO w/ Mark Bradley as receiver Bout to flip a coin |
Quote:
I would go with Jackson. McNabb really likes him, and they have been using him as a direct snap option in a wildcatesque formation. Jones-Drew is playing against a great Tenn D. |

Tatum Bell or Darren Mcfadden who is healthy to play sunday |

McFadden still is having turf toe issues. If they are still available on the waiver wire grab Peyton Hillis or Ricky Williams. I have Larry Johnson and Deuce...I feel your pain. I thought there was a chance for Bush? Cause I wasn't planning on McCallister getting hardly any carries. |
Delhomme vs Det
or Thigpen vs NO |
Quote:
Personally, Delhomme is a little too inconsistant for me. Plus, I think the Panthers will get a sizable lead and then Delhomme won't be passing as much, instead relying on the running game with DeAngelo Williams or Stewart. Thiggy will be throwing all day trying to keep up with the air assault of Drew Brees. |
I think Thigpen's numbers will be something like:
29-40 295 yds 2 TD's and a pick. *crosses fingers* |
Quote:
|
Which two?
LTomlinson @ PIT Larry Johnson Vs. NO Ronnie Brown Vs. OAK Matt Forte @ GB |
Quote:
and Forte @ GB. I think Johnson will run well, especially in the first half b/c now teams respect our passing game with the spread a little more, and won't stack 8 ITB. Forte because Thompson and Barnett are out. so there goes the center and right edge of GB's defense. Ronnie Brown is going to be sharing the load with Ricky Williams and Tomlinson is going against a stout Pitt D, even without Lamar Woodley. Just my opinion though... |

Aaron Rogers against Chicago
or Thiggy against the Aints |

I'd go with Forte and LT. |
Pick two:
Engram vs. Ari Mark Bradley vs. NO Holt @ S.F. DeSean Jackson @ Cin. Vincent Jackson @ Pit. Tough. I was originally thinking Bradley and V. Jackson. |

Can you answer mine a few posts up? |

I know they're only kickers. But, I'm playing the "stacked" team in the league.
I'm in 5th out of 14 teams - top 6 make playoffs. Do you start Bironas @ JAX, or Gould @ Chicago? |
Alright....so Week 12 is a confusing week. I have no idea who to start because of my matchups. So therefore.....choose 1 QB, 2 RBs and either 3 WRs or 2 WRs and a TE.
QBs: McNabb vs. Ravens Quinn vs. Texans Flacco vs. Eagles RBs: Portis vs. Seahawks Forte vs. Rams Lynch vs. Chiefs J. Jones vs. Redskins WRs: A. Johnson vs. Browns M. Colston vs. Packers D. Bowe vs. Bills R. Brown vs. Ravens V. Jackson vs. Colts E. Royal vs. Raiders K. Winslow vs. Texans |
Who to start at QB?
Do I use Thiggy again vs. Buffalo or.... Eli @ Arizona Cassel @ Miami Scoring: .1 point for every 2 yards, 6 pts per TD pass, no yardage bonus points, -1 per INT I'm leaning towards Thigpen, but want opinions. Thanks |
Quote:
Now help me out. :D |
Quote:
McNabb vs. Ravens RBs: Portis vs. Seahawks Forte vs. Rams WRs: A. Johnson vs. Browns M. Colston vs. Packers D. Bowe vs. Bills |
T.O. vs San Fran or
D. Bowe vs Buffalo who do you start? |
Which three Rb's do i start out of these 6 this week?
Addai Forte C Johnson M Turner Tatum Bell McFadden |
Here is another option:
Thigpen A Rodgers P Rivers Who do i start? IM leaning towards starting Thiggy again. |
Quote:
Stupid ****ing Quinn and Royal!!!!! |
Chicago Defense @ Min
--or-- Baltimore Defense @ Cin ?? Baltimore, no? |
yes.
Baltimore |
Roddy White @ San Diego
Terrell Owens @ Seattle D. Bowe @ Oakland Which two do I start? White's sorta banged up, but should play. TO has been a bit of a let down all season, but exploded last week and now he's playing in a Thanksgiving game... of course DBowe is playing in a division game... which two should I go with? and... Jones-Drew @ Hou Forte @ Min normally Forte is a no brainer for me. But Min is 2nd against the run and Hou is like 22nd or something like that against the run. Plus Jacsonville uses Jones-Drew as a reciever a lot. What do you think? |
I think you might have to go with White and Owens. I thought Marshall and Royal we're going to blow up on the Raiders last week....but the Raider secondary actually held their own.
Your RB situation is a tough one. This was Forte's stat line against the Vikings in Week 7: 20 attempts for 56 yards and 1 TD. 2.8 ypc average 2 receptions for 17 yards This was Jones-Drew's stat line against the Texans in Week 4: 7 attempts for 32 yards and 0 TDs. 4.6 ypc average 2 receptions for 17 yards I think at this point that it's pretty much a toss up. Forte is a work horse who is something like 3rd in the league with percentage of the team's workload. Jones-Drew still splits carries with Taylor but does have the chance to break it for a big gain. So considering that Jones-Drew just played Minnesota and only ran 3 times for 4 yards. I'd say go with Jones-Drew against Houston. |
So pick my starting lineup. Basically I need to win this week and I need the guy in 1st place to lose...so that I can get the 1st round bye in the playoffs.
Pick 1: McNabb vs. Cardinals, Flacco vs. Bengals Pick 2: Lynch vs. 49ers, Forte vs. Vikings, Portis vs. Giants, J. Jones vs. Cowboys Pick 3: A. Johnson vs. Jaguars, Colston vs. Bucs, Bowe vs. Raiders, Royal vs. Jets, Reggie Brown vs. Cardinals, V. Jackson vs. Falcons, K. Winslow vs. Colts. Pick 1: John Carney vs. Eagles or Joe Nedney vs. Bills I'm leaning towards this lineup. Flacco Lynch Portis A. Johnson M. Colston D. Bowe Carney |
Quote:
although... are we sure Carney is playing this week? And why are you leaning away from J. Jones against the C-boys? I'm just thinking that if Portis is banged up a bit (and the Giants D has been pretty solid) he might be an option instead of Portis. Lynch I'd start for sure. |
Quote:
Kicker really doesn't matter to me. I'll start Nedney if I have too. |
Quote:
I only wondered about Carney because I've got him on my roster too. He seems to do well week in and week out. If he's playing I usually start him. |
I have to win to get in the playoffs this week. I'm wrestling with these two decisions...
Winslow or Shockey This is going to sound crazy, but Dunn or Portis. I know Portis seems like a no brainer, but he is banged up and facing the Giants, while Dunn is now getting most of the carries and facing the Saints... |
Ok, which two:
McFadden Addai Forte M Turner I have a feeling McFadden is gonna have a big game again. |
