I don’t really get this for Seattle.

If he costs about the same as Clark, why didn’t they just keep Clark? He’s been a more productive, steady player anyways.

EDIT: I suppose it depends what they have to give up for Clowney. It very well may be less than what we gave for Clark, but, they won’t be able to extend Clowney until after the season.
