I guess if you could get to him while he distracted by being attacked by the sorority girls. Or if you're better on stilts, knock him down, and he drops his weapon.

Or you could drop to the floor as you use the seats (or a sorority girl) to shield you, crawl under until you get to him, trip him, and then attack with the hammer all while he was too stunned or distracted by the sorority girls to know what the hell was going on.
