GRILLED CHESHIRE PORK TENDERLOIN
Anson Mills Polenta, Braised Collard Greens, Whole Grain Mustard Sauce, Crispy Onions

and it was truly outstanding.

I did Pho last night at my favorite place. Tai, Chin, Nam for the meats and a mango smoothie to cut the heat from all the sriracha and jalapenos I added. :p
