Oh wow. That does look good.

Just watched Scarlet Street.

I’m in love with Joan Bennett.

Great film.

Stockholm looks like it has potential. Ethan Hawke and Noomi. Written and directed by Robert Budreau (better known as a producer, actually).

This could be good.

Has anyone seen Triple Frontier yet? Its now streaming on Netflix and I thought it was a damn good film . Hell, I would have paid money to see it in theaters. Great cast and really cool concept.
Only complaint would be the team made some really boneheaded choices thru out this . But that just made it more intense imo.

I watched that propaganda movie Samson from 2018.. holy shit that thing sucked.

I felt like you knew what was going to happen throughout the movie but it was still satisfying to watch. I agree I would've enjoyed watching in the theaters

I thought Hold The Dark was really good.

You think it's a slow moving character piece and then there's a ton of action in the middle and end. It kind of did/kind of didn't go where I thought it would.

It didn't hurt that I really like Jeffrey Wright and Alexander Skarsgard...

The beautiful and witty Mrs. FAX convinced me to watch Greenbook the other night.

I wasn't initially interested, but she was unrelenting, so I agreed. I was both surprised and impressed. It was much, much better than I expected it to be.

Actually, it's one of those rare films that I continue to think about days after. Peter Farrelly (director/writer) did a great job. The casting and performances were impressive. I haven't worked out my final rating yet, but it's just a damn good movie.

I liked The Green Book as well. It's crazy to see how differently things were just 60 some years ago...

This is coming out in a couple of weeks. Getting good reviews as well.

Interesting. I wouldn't expect that movie to get good reviews. It's the kind of movie smarmy critics like to thumb their nose at.

RT has it at 91% right now. I really don't trust them much at this point when it comes to agenda films, but this is straight up horror, so hopefully it's legit.

Welp, "It" was bangalicious, so I'll give it a go.
