Should Hill be concerned about the connection Mahomes and Sammy appear to have? I mean If I remember correctly most fans were of the mindset that he was the number one receiver even with Sammy in the side?

It's really really really early so I don't think anyone should be worried but I honestly think Watkins has a chance to be the best WR on this team. He was drafted 4th overall for a reason- when he puts it all together Sammy Watkins can do absolutely everything at the WR position. When the Rams acquired Sammy Watkins, Ian Rapoport tweeted this:

Hill should be "worried" about winning games. THAT'S IT

Hill has become a complete receiver, it's true. However, he still relies a lot on his otherworldly speed. Watkins is a proper #1 full-route-tree-running receiver potentially. IF we still were led by Alex Smith, Watkins would take a LOT of balls away from Hill. However, with Mahomes, I think it'll just mean better opportunities for both.
