Brilliant move by veach. Don’t know how anyone can hate this at this kind of value. We got a better version of Mvs for cheaper.
Now we can take our time to use the draft to start building a long term and affordable room |

I understand that he's not a star but he's credible. And if you bring him back, you're completely open in the 1st round to take whatever trips your trigger. Extend Sneed, trade him - I'm kinda indifferent. I like both ideas well enough. Especially if he's found the market for him lacking during this 'seek a trade' process and he can be had at/below the Jaylon Johnson figure. But we really don't have a comfortable answer at OT right now and the market is pretty bare. Time to get that ironed out a bit. |

A threepeat is now a very real possibility and I'll go out of my way to say that it will never be done again in the NFL. It takes the goat trifecta of GM, Coach and QB to achieve something this legendary.

But his stats in Arizona with Tune were blah blah blah. |
I’m not gonna buy into the idea that he was broken by his QBs. Not gonna oversell his value. I think he’s brought in to do a specific role and he’ll do it way way better than Mvs or mecole could. And that in itself is a huge value to this team.

Got him for peanuts

Man if you extend Sneed, you’re bringing basically the whole defense back and all the coaches. Like they’ll probably be top 5-6 without blinking.
And you’re only gonna improve on offense. Teams gonna be touuuuuugh. |

This dude is gonna feast this year. He may just be a one year mercenary, but he’s going to get a big contract and we’re going to be the first ever three-peat champions! Unbelievable!

Amazed that we got him for so little. Great job by Veach again. Now we're cooking with gas.

He’s not coming here if our sales pitch is we want you to play the Hardman or MVS role. He’s coming here to get a monster pay day next season. Playing in a limited role like that will not help him like he wants. |

I would still like to see some kind of slot possession WR. Maybe that guy is a TE of the future you can develop like goedert did behind ertz. And back half of the draft go after a hybrid wr/rb speed option |
Great name, what we needed and value for money. I wonder if Verch will address our other pressing need at WR...we need a guy with a double barreled surname.

Besides the Draft, I wonder if Veach still has other WR plans up his sleeve. Mike Williams? Hardman? Just depends on how cheap these guys end up.

I have been out on ladd mchonkey, but now id get it. We would have four totally different weapons in this offense that andy could scheme shit up for.

Pair this with Kennan Allen being traded for a 4th to the Bears and what a day!
|
Don’t think they’ll make another FA splash at WR. Maybe bring back Hardman if there’s no market. Toney is probably back as a gadget guy. Brown Rice Watson Toney and a rookie is probably our lineup. And if they get someone like Keon Coleman I would be completely hornye for that.
|
He wants that new contact that comes with a big bag. His easiest path to that is to play with Mahomes and blow out. Everyone wins.
Next year we will pick up the next WR in a similar situation. We got JuJu and Brown their bags. Might become a yearly thing to attract good WR’s on one year prove it deals. |
on a 1 year deal! Nice, come get a ring like JuJu did! and then someone else can give you that 3 year deal lol
|
Amazing deal. I would rather have him than guys like Samuel or Mooney. He should be a great fit in this offense.
|
I like that he was a high usage guy, it'll be nice to have another receiver to rely on to eat up targets if there are injuries.
|
Just adding one more WR that can actually play good football is going to have more value than people will expect. Now if we draft a guy who can even do half of what Rice did in his rookie season, ez 3 peat

Skyy Moore still needs an opportunity to develop. We still need to draft and develop another rookie to help us down the road. Watson is now where he was always intended to be, a guy that can just break a team on occasion. I wouldn’t even bring Toney into camp unless he’s going to basically live with Pat over the offseason. |
Thank you Bork laser! We got the real life justice league!

Quote:
He's not an NFL caliber player. If you can replace him in a cost effective manner, do so. 10% of this league will get a better opportunity to 'develop' than Skyy Moore has received over the last two year and at BEST he failed. To my eyes he actually regressed. If Renfroe is available for the league minimum, sign him, draft someone, cut Moore's ass and see if he's interested in hanging out on the practice squad. |
