This has been one of the worst officiated games I think I have ever witnessed and it's not even 10 minutes into the first quarter

Shouldn't the NFL guy in New York be telling the Refs not to clown themselves by calling that block in the back?

NFL is really putting on clown show tonight. If this is your hand picked best your in big trouble.

11 - 1 penalties and it's tied. Unbelievable. This after the fisting in Foxboro that cost us a game...

I loved that block in the back on the return. He literally put his hand on the guys back for half a second as the guy was already falling. How is that a block in the back?

Fish 11-19-2018 09:12 PM

So... the last 7 or 8 penalties have been against the Rams. LMAO.... are they evening it out now?

The league sees little KC selling out regular season games constantly.

Imagine what LA could do! They want football to matter so bad in LA.

We saw it in the Chargers game against Denver. We’re seeing it tonight.

TribalElder 11-19-2018 09:52 PM

forward pass was called a fumble

I have never seen this level of incompetence and blatant bias

Chiefaholic 11-19-2018 09:53 PM

Mahomes arm was going forward.... We can't beat the Rams AND the refs

dj56dt58 11-19-2018 09:56 PM

This is nothing more than an agenda

the shooting then the fire. NFL says hey lets move this huge MFN game from Mexico back to LA and give the Rams the win..what a story! Let's put together an "All Star" group of refs to make it happen

lol they aren't letting kc keep anything close. They are ****ing KC early in big games (NE, LA) so they don't rout their opponent by halftime. This shit's been going on since Pit when they would have routed them by halftime

Reerun_KC 11-19-2018 11:09 PM

The refs did all they could to control KC and we only lost by 3.

We knew it would happen based on the chargers losing and the shot hole state on fire.

Call the game fair and KC runs LA out of the shithole state.

bobbything 11-19-2018 11:11 PM

This was a colossal joke. Can’t tell if a pass was tipped? Can see a BLATANT false start? WTF is pass interference?

I’m sorry, but the officials are a joke. **** them in the ass with a big black rubber dick.

Rain Man 11-19-2018 11:13 PM

It was truly the worst officiated game I've ever seen. The officials couldn't even call a false start penalty.

If they want to call a game ultra-tight, that's one thing. It ruins the game, but whatever. But they called it so one-sided that it was a farce. I saw at least seven penalties in the first half that should have been called on the Rams and weren't. They were calling it ultra-tight on the Chiefs and ultra-loose on the Rams.

Whether you want to talk about bias or not, I think anyone can agree that the officiating dominates the game these days. If the officials call a bad game, like they did tonight, it can change the final outcome of the game, which it did tonight.

I guess the NFL is happy, though, because people who know nothing about football probably enjoyed the game.

Yep, but when your All Star crew is regulated to Brady and Roethlisberger games, what do you expect?

That call didn’t amount to dick, but it just showed how little they watch of KC.

Mecca 11-19-2018 11:14 PM

They destroyed that game, let the Rams play from ahead basically the whole time and kept it close.

Just so you know, throwing deuces is unsportsmanlike, lately jumping on a QB to talk shit is not...yea if that was us and Tom Brady guys would be ejected.

DrunkBassGuitar 11-19-2018 11:15 PM

NFL had a story to tell and they told it.

They kept reminding LA viewers how many first responders were in attendance. NFL needs LA eyeballs and butts in seats. No way where they going to let potential fans face disappoint in an emotional loss. So they tip the scales a little bit.

Its all about the narrative and right now it's the feel good Cali team that makes LA matter which is what matters most to the NFL.

A lot more money to be made in LA than KC

crazycoffey 11-19-2018 11:21 PM

Refs were horribly biased. It was laughable. We had a chance to win and didn’t. Great learning point for the whole offense. Choosing to focus on that positive, we beat the rams in the super bowl. The chiefs likely learn they’re as not indestructible as they’ve felt. This can be a good loss

Mecca 11-19-2018 11:23 PM

Until all the big wig old guard QB's retire this is going to be the story, why do you think KC leads the league in penalties?

To keep them from running away with the conference and the teams that matter to the NFL...I fully expect several more years of refs doing everything they can to keep KC behind the old guard of stars.

I pretty much said from the offset that there was no way the NFL lets LA lose this game if they can help it. They did just enough...

Rams dropping two back and the Chargers dropping 2 back, simultaneously, is unacceptable.

This "crack-jack" officiating crew was a smoke-n-mirrors move. Let the fans believe they are the best so they can dictate the outcome with impunity. I've never seen Reid lose his cool...but he did.

KC's offense has started hot...so obviously the agenda was to slow them down in the 1st quarter. They called 3 penalties on kick-off returns to pin KC deep....this is a new method for controlling games. The first one was ridiculous and cost KC about 35 yards of FP.

The advertising contracts dictate the games now...and LA has 20 million people and a new stadium being built. They need to justify the outrageous money corporate America is spending on ads. Last I checked 20 million is greater than 2 million (KC).

I'm not really even upset or surprised...kind of chuckled when KC had 9 flags in like 7 minutes.

Both LA teams benefited in one night..even Mahomes cant compete with that.

smithandrew051 11-19-2018 11:30 PM

We should’ve seen this coming during the LAC-Denver game. The Chargers choked it away, but the Rams didn’t.

The league wants LA to be relevant. Everyone knows those fans are as fairweather as they get. Even doing this to us on national TV with a chance to put the AFC away (twice)...we’ll keep coming back for more.

I’m mad at myself more than the refs. I should’ve never believed this shit would end even with the most marketable young talent in the game at QB. Just looks at the crap Suh and Peters were able to get away with. Imagine that was Brady getting punched on national TV. Imagine one of our DBs laid on top of Brady to talk trash.

TribalElder 11-19-2018 11:31 PM

I'll honestly say if Mahomes had not been drafted that was my end as a football fan. All of this bullshit, all of it, the shit that we see in the NFL is faker than WWE.

We are watching a billion dollar entertainment business basically do everything it can to turn the most money. Am I really suppose to believe it's some coincidence that after sucking forever the NFL when it started being a real money making business decided to push the Boston team?

The only reason the Raiders and Cowboys aren't in that list of super pushed teams is because they are to ****ing stupid to take advantage of it. I just find it no coincidence that the favored sons either sit in massive markets or have massive fan bases.

Buehler445 11-19-2018 11:35 PM

Yeah, they didn't want KC starting fast and running away from their fire narrative. They loosened up later. They also tagged the Rams with a few to "even it out" That's hog shit too.

The NFL is like the mafia if you notice anyone who is an NFL employee, so you know ESPN, Fox, CBS etc will not bring up shit like this at all.

Eric Murray normally hitting dude..unsportsmanlike...Tyreek deuces, unsportsmanlike.....chokehold bodyslam on Mahomes is ok...jumping on him talking shit after a play is ok too...

It was very much a narrative of this is LA and they matter. They even showed the Rams fans in Mexico...no Chiefs fans.

RickObie 11-19-2018 11:46 PM

This was one of the worse officiated games I’ve ever seen -not saying we lost because of it but it was horelseshit. Bad PI calls on us - no call on the TD for false start? Horrible!

BlackOp 11-19-2018 11:48 PM

The first 8 minutes was pretty close to the ending of the Raiders game...where no matter what happened, the refs were going to fulfill their obligations.

It's got to the point where they are just inventing calls.....like the OPI with :37 seconds left against Denver yesterday. They literally tried to kill the game by making something up.

Like another poster stated, if Mahomes wasnt on this team, I'd quit watching this. Kraft killed the NFL with the billion dollar advertising deal...and what we are witnessing is the long term ramifications of when advertising revenue dictates outcomes....and is the top priority.

After every scoring play...I was literally looking, first, to see if a flag was thrown...was actually expecting it.

Mecca 11-19-2018 11:49 PM

They did enough to put the Chiefs in a hole which took Hunt out of the game for the most part...

Gotta realize here they in no way thought the Chiefs would come storming back they thought after getting the Rams out to a 13-0 lead the Chiefs would press and **** up and we'd end up with a final of like 34-20 where the Chiefs were never really in it and they could even out the penalties in garbage time.
