A boat ride, short cruise, horse and carriage ride, fireworks show (surely there is one every night in paradise). I'm sure there are museums, art shows/galleries that would be interesting.

eh, moving, had too much of that when i was young...

30 years in the same house is much better, but there are things that we had that disappeared into the house itself...
