How fat was she? Un-doable fat, or might be fun? You shouldn't turn her down just because she was fat. Now if she was fat and uninteresting, that's fine.

She was sort of interesting, and would be hot if she lost about 30-40 pounds.

No, the second batch of pics she sent me, she looked thinner in. She assured me they were recent. They weren't.
