So my Uber driver last night was a Raiders fan so I asked him about Amerson, to which he replied instantly "that dude sucks!"

...take it for what it's worth, but I think we still have some work to do at CB.

You now have Amerson starting. Might turn out well for you. He was pretty good his first year in Washington, and his first year in Oakland. His recent injuries and concussion problems have to be a concern though.
