Beer and vodka, a tried and true formula

Bearcat 12-18-2022 12:03 PM

I had a really good coffee whiskey, but it went rather quickly on previous weekend mornings with 9 or 10am games... and I'm actually short on beer, too.

So, at the moment all I've got is 10am 124 proof bourbon... will see how this game goes and whether it'll get opened. LMAO

Not supposed to drink, but I picked up a 24oz of ale in town. Parked in the garage and got out, turned on some Tom Petty, petted the dog, and drank that ale.
Now I’m going to go inside and turn on the game
sec

I usually just tolerate sours but this one finds a balance I can dig. Tart but not gonna make you pucker and the flavor combo is just nice. Makes me want a pie

Well, that lasted all of 30 minutes... made a bourbon bloody mary.

Thanks, Chiefs.

One of my dive buddies got me some of this nectar while they were in Tulsa for Xmas. Very tasty... I'm going to enjoy sipping on it for a while.. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...a2f4676a66.jpg

I haven't had any alcohol in nearly 3 weeks and yet I have a gout attack.

Time to buy some booze.

Just have a pickleback cocktail. Equal parts pickle juice to bourbon over ice. Squeeze of lime if you're wanting a bit more.

Simple syrup or a sweetener of your choice can help too. It's a fantastic cocktail actually, although it sounds weird up front to many.

Yeah it sounds weird, but I've done the shot with jameson before and with vodka so no reason why I should be scared to commit to a full drink.

Thanks bruh
