As long as you're not breaking your own stuff. Then it's just stuff you have to replace. :doh!:

Yeah. One of us has to be up at 7. You're time with me is limited. Make the most of it.

Note: don't if you're a student or a teacher. You can't afford new stuff.

Unless you plan on setting up a new life in Alaska without a map...

The other really important thing to remember is to communicate.

It seems simple, but it's usually the real root of problems. Since you've lived together for so long, you already know some of this, but make sure you talk, don't ever be afraid to say what you're thinking or feeling, even if you're afraid of the reaction, and always be honest, even brutally so. What usually ends marriages isn't so much one big thing, it's usually a laundry list of little ****ling problems that all add up over time. Stuff that people ignore or let slide because it doesn't seem important, or because they're tired, or because they don't want to argue. Stuff that sitting down for 15 minutes when it started might have fixed...

Mostly true.

Either completely do or completely don't. Either lie like Hitler has your phone number or be as honest as the virgin Mary. I've seen it work both ways.

I've never watched a couple sometimes be honest and work though...

Communication is a good thing. It's actually hard for me to communicate my feelings in person (hard to believe, I know). I do though. It's not healthy to let things bottle up. Honesty is usually a good thing, too.
