All up to him.... by all accounts, he seems to be a very hard worker. Seems to want 'it'.

I'd bet that in his own mind, he is busting his ass to take Alex's job this year, not Bray's. And he should want to start. If he can know the offense inside and out by 2018, it will go a long way.

Learning the offense was never going to be an issue for Mahomes. He is a smart dude. I think close to straight A student.

It will be implementation, decision making under fire and leadership which will determine his level of success.
