Good question. And FYI, he did bring it up internally. He was told at his exit meeting in January with Coach Reid to "keep getting better."

Tamba had all the leverage in the world against Dorsey when he got his contract. We desperately needed Tamba at the time and he knew Houston's knee was going to keep him out.

You never know. If someone had a key player get taken out in pre-season, I guess it could happen, but I'm not seeing 8m. The guy simply isn't worth that kind of scratch at this point in his career.

A team like Cleveland would take on his salary because they're so far below the spending floor requirement in 2020.

The Jets and Bears would be good candidates as well and maybe the 49ers.
