You can make a home replica of potato oles by frying up some ore ida potato rounds and hitting them with lawrys seasoning salt while they're hot.

As for the OP's question, I really like Slim Chicken's fries. For pure potato goodness I'd go with Culver's. So many other places cover up the potato flavor with excessive seasoning.

Replica but not the real thing. That, and their chicken seasoning. I'd about kill for both recipes.
