It's no mystery. If Berry is still the competitor many believe him to be, he's going to get more antsy the closer we get to the playoffs. But before he can be a part of that, he needs playing time under his belt so the team can assess him.

Liability or asset is not something you want to figure out in your first( and potentially last )playoff game of the season.

Been saying it all along, he HAS to play at least 2-3 regular season games... expecting him to suddenly put on a cape just in time for the playoffs would never work

I don’t think anyone reasonably thought he would play this week, after one week of practice. I saw a tweet somewhere that said he had no setbacks, so possibly next week.
