I don't know what constraints they faced because of trying to build a new terminal while using the old ones.

But it is pretty clear they didn't do enough traffic lanes for pick up. They should have added at least another 4~6 lanes where the ride hailing and shuttles are.

The issue is it's so ****ing short. Maybe 35 cars at once for pickup? And then the idiots double parking because of it.

Honestly the airport is just fine. Kansas Citians just don't know how to use a modern airport but they will learn.
