My wife eats frozen peas as a comfort food. If she's feeling nauseous or anything, she'll sometimes just microwave a bowl of peas as a snack. It's bizarre to me, but she likes them.

I don't mind them, but they're definitely not a snacking food.

I rarely eat them plain but a lazy quicky dinner I eat fairly often is warmed up leftover rice, a bunch of thawed out peas, a little cubed up chicken if we have any and add Golden Mountain sauce and sweet chili sauce. It's really good and filling.

My two favorite ways to eat peas are with diced ham mixed into Mac n cheese and with diced ham mixed into scrambled eggs with some melted shredded cheddar on top.

Pea are one of the best vegetables out there. They're tasty and nutritious and it's fun to chase them around on the plate.
