I hope they can redeem it with this iteration...but I'm not holding my breath...

The chances of me watching this film are next to ****ing nil. Crystal Skull was absolute ****ing garbage and I'm pretty well over Harrison Ford too. I don't need a ****ing octogenarian Indiana Jones in my life.

How old is Jones supposed to be? Ford was born in '42 and the movie was released in '81. So say Jones was 39 in 1944. Ford is 80 now. So is Jones 80 years old now and does the movie take place in the mid 1980's?

Hammock Parties 11-25-2022 04:34 PM

he's 70 - 1969

Indiana Jones and the Fake Moon Landing?

listopencil 11-25-2022 06:00 PM

There was a somewhat popular theme in post WW2 Sci-Fi involving Nazis on the Moon, by the way. It sounds goofy now but our Nazis did help us get there.

Yes. They pulled it off.

"I don't believe in magic."

What? Has he not even watched his own movies? Might as well have Gandalf say this ridiculous line.
