Here's a picture of training camp from the early 1970s at William Jewell College in Liberty under Hank Stram. Back then they did two a days, one round in the morning, another in the afternoon. The current CBA got rid of that. I think that's why more players seem to get hurt early on, because they're not really in football shape. Just my opinion.

It's the same heel.
That shouldn't scare you based on his achilles. It should bother you on the injury itself. I had a chronic heel issue when I played in highschool. I had a tendency to slam my foot down in secondary drills and when you're wearing cleats that can bruise your heel. It takes forever to, um, "heal" |
Berry is damaged. We will be lucky if he plays 8 games.
