We also lost almost two entire possessions from Bolton’s scoop and score and Toney’s punt return.

If those don’t happen, Mahomes throws for 300+ easily.

Plus the run game with Pacheco was pretty good too. I much prefer to see a strong run game and easier points (punt return/defensive TD) instead of Mahomes putting up the fancy stats. I’m hoping the run game will be strong in this upcoming game. It makes the Chiefs offense harder to stop, even if that means lower yardage numbers for Mahomes.

The Chiefs practiced in full pads today in the rain while the 49ers bitched about their field.

It's almost like one team is on a mission and the other is entitled

I feel pretty good about this matchup from a pure football perspective, but the difference in vibes seems significant too.

You know what's better than playing for the 49ers?

Getting a single goddamn opportunity to play in the NFL in the first ****ing place.

**** you, douche with a Pokemon-sounding first name. You're dead to me.

The amount of hedging going on from anti-Chiefs people and players has been both hilarious and infuriating. Complaining about everything from the field to ref calls that haven't even happened yet.

It sure seems like every player who leaves here becomes a douche.

Which makes me think 2 things are true:

1. Players WANT to stay in this organization and get butthurt when the organization doesn’t want/need them for what some other team will pay them.

2. A lot of these guys were always douchebags and maybe some of them were more trouble than they were worth.

Ward surprises me. He always seemed like a guy who was easy to root for.

So McKinnon went out in pads today I assume. I guess they'll know if he's ready depending on how he feels the next couple of days.

Crowd today was decidedly in 49ers’ favor. Guessing there’s a lot of faider fans early this week. That should change at game time. Most of them will be watching the game at their auntie’s home on her 36 inch flatscreen. Bad pixels be damned.

ROFL

Bunch of crybabies defending them. "They have every right to be upset." F*** You!

RealSNR 02-05-2024 11:21 PM

What's the Chiefs secondary like without Charvarious Ward?

Better. In every way.

(No, seriously. Statistically and eye test. Every ****ing way)
