Shows you how bad the East is and why the east/west playoff format should be shit canned.

Damn, LeBron actually looks exhausted. He's usually able to give much better post-game interviews than that.

I guess we'll see how much he has left for Sunday.

LMAO

I am puzzled to. I think it was like the old sayong that Frazier was the best boxer ever but Ali was the greatest man to ever box..... but I could be way off.

Greatness includes rings and accolades. Best is pure skill and talent. LeBron won't have as many rinfs as Jordan but he's a better player.

Like Aaron Rodgers won't have as many rings as Brady, but he's more talented and is a better quarterback playwise.

That LeBron is better at basketball than MJ.

Possibly. But that team played really, really good and underrated defense.

I think that's a fair statement. And I totally get what you mean.

06-07 Cavs?

Nope. From an advanced stats perspective, this year's scrubs are far worse.

2007 Cavs:
LeBron: 7.4 BPM, 7.6 VORP
Ilgauskas: 2.0 BPM, 2.1 VORP
Varejeo: 1.7 BPM, 1.8 VORP
Marshall: 0.2 BPM, 0.8 VORP
Gooden: 0.0 BPM, 1.1 VORP
Hughes: -0.5 BPM, 1.0 VORP
Pavlovic: -0.7 BPM, 0.5 VORP
Gibson: -2.0 BPM, 0.2 VORP
Snow: -3.0 BPM, -0.5 VORP

2018 Cavs:
LeBron: 9.6 BPM, 8.9 VORP
Nance: 2.6 BPM, 0.6 VORP (who doesn't play for some reason)
Love: 1.3 BPM, 1.4 VORP
Korver: 0.1 BPM, 0.9 VORP
Hill: -0.6 BPM, 0.2 VORP
Smith: -1.7 BPM, 0.2 VORP
Green: -1.9 BPM, 0.1 VORP
Thompson: -2.5 BPM, -0.1 VORP
Hood: -2.7 BPM, -0.1 VORP
Clarkson: -3.1 BPM, -0.2 VORP

After hearing his explanation, I don’t think it’s an outrageous thing to say, although I disagree.

At least he acknowledges how important Jordan’s accolades and performances on the biggest stage are at the end of the day, unlike that loser KCC.

KC_Connection 05-25-2018 09:24 PM

Those are regular season stats BTW.

In the playoffs, LeBron has 14.4 BPM and 2.7 VORP. The only others making positive contributions when on the floor have been Nance (5.4 BPM/0.4 VORP), Korver (2.3 BPM/0.4 VORP), and Thompson (0.1 BPM/0.1 VORP). LMAO

I interpreted it as Lebron is the most talented player to ever play the game. But Jordan is the best to ever play the game. Beyond rings and accolades, it's attitude. Jordan may be forever untouchable when it comes to killer instinct, in my opinion. Lebron is great at it, but Jordan in that area is immortal.

Rattled? Yet another performance like that from the true GOAT would trigger me too if I was an irrational MJ backer.
