Does that mean Veach now gets as little credit as Dorsey used to get going forward? Who is doing the dirty work now that we should heap all the credit to now that Veach has the easy part?

Has anybody noticed the energy Andy Reid seems to have this year that wasn't present in years past.

Seems like his new toy at QB has him amped.

Having a coaching staff able to identify talent and coach them into roles they can thrive in.

Those things keep the train on the tracks even when you have Smith, Houston and Berry on huge deals.

That does help, but that help goes away when you have to pay those guys and you have to do it all over again.

Not if Pat turns out to be what we think he can be. Good QB’s help average OL’s look better. They also help average receivers look great (see Albert Wilson).

Like any team, the draft will always be important.

Win there and you’ll be significantly more likely to win a SB.
