Better than a certain pass rusher taken top 5 this year...really good third OLB

I said they did the dirty work.

Dorsey put the pieces together...Veach and Nutt got the pieces.

Does that mean Veach now gets as little credit as Dorsey used to get going forward? Who is doing the dirty work now that we should heap all the credit to now that Veach has the easy part?

Has anybody noticed the energy Andy Reid seems to have this year that wasn't present in years past.

Seems like his new toy at QB has him amped.

Three of the top five players are in the AFC West (Bovada):

JJ Watt 5/1
Joey Bosa 11/2
Aaron Donald 11/2
Khalil Mack 11/2
Von Miller 9/1
Holy shit...

Yes it's apparent by the bulge in his pants but that could be a summer sausage he's packing?

Yeah you're right Dorsey was terrible I forgot this is CP. Draft a narrative that fits the template of your argument.

So Dorsey overspent but not not only do you guys want to give up a precious draft pick for an alright safety we also need to extend him.

Give me a break.

I didn't say Dorsey was terrible. At drafting anyway. The contracts he passed out though....

You know what makes good franchises?

Getting Tyreek in the 5th
Getting Kelce in the third
Getting LDT in the 6th
Getting Hunt in the third

Having a coaching staff able to identify talent and coach them into roles they can thrive in.

Those things keep the train on the tracks even when you have Smith, Houston and Berry on huge deals.

That does help, but that help goes away when you have to pay those guys and you have to do it all over again.

I can't wait to see Mahomes on the field tomorrow night.

you let Hunt walk after his rookie deal IMO. I wouldn't pay a RB big money.

If you’ve got a guy like that, you’ll have a chance but as we’ve seen with every team, it puts stress on everything else.

Easily could be said the teams that have won with a qb on a big deal is the outlier

Not if Pat turns out to be what we think he can be. Good QB’s help average OL’s look better. They also help average receivers look great (see Albert Wilson).

Like any team, the draft will always be important.

Win there and you’ll be significantly more likely to win a SB.
