Can someone say ‘unsustainable’.

That trend will end Sunday.

Wow! 78% TD percentage in the redzone?? Next closest team is Green Bay at 66%. Chiefs are 54%. That's just mind boggling. Our defense needs to stop them before they ever cross the 50

You're right. That is unsustainable. Still, it's incredible that they have sustained it for 41 drives already.

Mahomes: 162 of 243 (66.7%) for 1,851 yards (7.6 YPA), 11 TDs, 4 INTs, 97.6 rating, 136 and 2 TDs rushing

Not saying that Tannehill is better (he’s not). The point is that the narrative that the Titans can’t pass is deeply flawed and not reflective of the way this team played all season under Tannehill. Looking forward to this game! should be a goodie

Tannehill is playing the role of Steve DeBerg from the 1990 Chiefs... he's having a crazy good (way beyond his career averages) statistical season that is 100% a by-product of the great running game he is playing with.

If the Chiefs can put Tennessee in forced passing situations (i.e. Tennessee having to play from behind or in long yardage situations), let's see how effective Tannehill will be.

FYI: We run henry down peoples throats no matter the score, up or down, hes the game plan all 4 Q's

just thought youd like to know that so when you take any kind of lead, just know hes still coming

Keep running Henry if you are down multiple scores in the fourth quarter.

It eats up clock and works to the Chiefs' advantage.

You'll probably need more than 80 yards passing in the game from Tannehill (i.e. about his passing yards per game average in the playoffs) in that situation.

Can Tannehill lead a team to score at least 40 points, if not more this week? That’s the question you need to ask.

An injured Mahomes with a banged up OL put up 32 points the last time we played. That’s with ST’s messing up 7 additional points by the missed XP, bad snap FG miss and blocked FG.

Henry doesn’t change that either. Mahomes put up 51 taking the 1st Q off last Sunday. Against the best defense in the postseason last year (Patriots), he put up 31 points after taking the entire first half off. Time of possession does not matter against this offense that can score in 1-5 plays.

Mahomes is gonna score. A lot. And Henry isn’t going to be enough on his own to get you to 40. Tannehill is gonna have to throw it and be very good the entire game.

That’s a lot of pressure on him on the road going against the best player in the World.

That's fine, i'd love nothing more than for the Titans to kill the clock on themselves. A nice 8-minute 4th qtr drive while they're down 3 possessions sounds splendid.

Titans fans spend way too much time sucking on Henry's shit-locks. You need to spend more time thinking about how they're going to stop Mahomes with that whack-ass secondary and non-existent pass rush.

Hey, at least the Texans had the shell of JJ Watt. Ya'll don't even have THAT.

we score points guys, dont think you and Baltimore are the only teams wracking up points. on multiple occasions we've broken 30-40 pts

If that's the Mahomes you're getting, you guys have a decent chance. There were a couple games in there where Mahomes didn't play well. If you're playing beginning of the season Mahomes (which is the 2018 version) and the one who showed up against Houston, you're in trouble. It all comes down to pressure -- you're going to have to pressure him to have a chance.

When you're down 31-10 in the 4th and still running Henry for his 150+ yards, you'll realize why you can't win with just a RB.

Can you score points quickly if you get behind and need to rely on Tannehill/the passing game?

The Chiefs' strength on offense, a quick strike passing game, is your weakness on defense (Tennessee's 24th ranked passing defense).

The Faketriots and Baltimore could not exploit that weakness but the Chiefs can easily attack your weak pass defense with quick scores and force you to play from behind.
